During the upcoming five years, 43% of Swedish companies wants to switch over to mobile exchanges in which the mobile phone is used with full exchange functionality according to the research company INSTAT. ( 43% of 500 Swedish IT Managers asked)

Today’s telephony exchanges are not fully adapted to or integrated with mobile phones. The problems are:

- Not easy to use the exchange functions through *# codes in the phone.
- Outgoing calls with the mobile phone is only available for the mobile operators GSM network and the fixed extension number is not shown.
- Expensive to call with a mobile phone. The average cost, in Sweden, is 300 30-40 € per month. And a person that travles a lot it can easily increase to 200-300 € per month.
